Integrated Wellness Center

A fourth year multi-disciplinary healthcare design studio project that focused on health, well-being and integrated design.

This multi-disciplinary healthcare project challenged students to design an integrated, high-performing wellness center in Lancaster, PA. Architecture and engineering students aligned to design a form that accepted a clerestory toplighting scheme that delivered high-quality daylight to all spaces in the program. This toplighting method was parameterized and optimized based on cost, energy, structure and daylighting to realize an architectural design that balanced these options.

This project was completed in collaboration with the other members of Team stim.
