Lab and Office Building (Core and Shell)

Exterior facade and atrium lighting schemes for a large core and shell office/lab building.

With strict requirements on building illumination, this building facade combined tasteful lighting layers to aid in wayfinding and visual interest. A warm glow emanates from the "vertical collective" space which is then flanked by repetitive window lighting treatments. A continuous uplit canopy defines the form of the architecture and leads visitors to main circulation spaces.

This project was completed during an internship at Lam Partners in collaboration with Maggie Golden and Keith Yancey.
